A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android

Hi!! This is my submission for the "My First Game Jam" game jam! It's a very short, very rough submission, but I'm just happy to have completed it! It's my first time ever working on something like this, so I'm really happy with how it turned out! This game features Radish as she attempts to traverse through a strange version of her apartment. I hope you all enjoy!<3

I quite enjoyed this little game. The writing, the art and the atmosphere were all spot-on. The beginning sparked my interest and I was surprisingly engaged all the way through. It even had me spooked when it turned scary midway through. I was hoping that the end would keep going!

There were some problems that shouldn't be too hard to fix (if you have the energy, it's completely understandable if you don't). Mainly: issues with collision (primarily in the living room), confusion regarding what to do (I had to figure out how to use items independently), sprites on the wrong layer (the two plants near the end were on top of the character). But that's it! And given that it was a first-time solo game jam it was really good.

Also, put more screenshots up! I had no idea what to expect but an rpgmaker game with lovely custom sprites & custom tilesets, scripted events, puzzles and well-written dialogue I did not anticipate! I positively adored it.

I'm so happy you enjoyed it! It was a really pleasant surprise to see someone find this project after all this time! and thank you for letting me know about those few issues you had. While I can't easily find the game's source file, all of the issues you encountered are things that I will definitely address in future games.

Radish's story is one that I'm keeping in the back of my mind as a future, much bigger project, so noting the collision and slight confusion issues will definitely help when I eventually do it in the future. and I will definitely be putting some screenshots up!

Knowing that someone enjoyed the custom sprites and dialogue, along with the scripted events and puzzles that took so long to create is really inspiring, so thank you for playing the game and taking the time to leave such a nice comment! I hope that I'll be able to deliver more of all of that in future games!
